Fixture and finish installs, Lancaster PA
Faucets, showers, sinks and tub fillers installed for Lancaster condos, townhouses and design projects. Bought it yourself? Send the model first and we'll check the fit before you open the box.

Finishes
Every finish has a weak spot. These are the ones we plan around on install day.

Forgiving, until a pipe wrench gets near it.
Tape on every grip, smooth-jaw tools only
Dried and buffed before we leave
Mild soap and a soft cloth is all it needs

Hides fingerprints. Scratches follow the grain, so we work with it.
Tape wherever a tool grips
Wipe with the grain, never across
No abrasive pads, ever

Handsome and a little fragile. The coating chips where tools touch.
Handle, drain and supply lines checked against each other
Hand-tight first, last turn with a wrapped wrench
Harsh cleaners wear it down; we leave care notes

Lacquered stays bright. Unlacquered darkens on purpose. We ask which you bought.
Tones compared in the room's own light
Acid and abrasive cleaners strip it
The maker's care sheet stays with you
Your fixture, your pick
Plenty of our jobs start with a fixture the customer chose, and we like that. We check the model against your sink, valves and counter before install day, so a wrong hole count or a missing part shows up early.
Hole count and spacing against your sink or counter
Supply and drain connections against what's in the wall
The parts in the box, and the ones sold separately
Valve type, for showers and tub fillers

Install day
Text a photo of the box or the link. We answer with questions, not a pitch.
Holes, connections, parts and valves, checked against photos of your space.
Counters covered, grips taped, water off at the valves and back on slowly.
Every joint checked for drips, the shutoffs shown to you, and the care notes for your finish left behind.
For designers and builders
Send the spec sheet before you order. We'll send back what the rough-in has to match.
Who shows up
A small shop on purpose. The person who answers your message is one of the four people who might be at your door.

Installer
Shower valves and tub fillers. Carries more tape than tools.
Installer
Kitchens and pot fillers. Owns the basin wrench nobody else can find.
Installer
Vanities and wall-mount faucets. Keeps the finish care sheets in the van.
After the install
“I bought the faucet and sent a photo of the box. They caught that it needed a three-hole sink before anyone cut anything.”
“They taped every grip before touching the matte black. It still looks like it just came out of the box.”
“I send the spec sheet and get back the questions I should have asked.”
Sample reviews.
Service area
Condos, townhouses and rowhouses, plus the farmhouses and new builds between them.
We don't take jobs in York, Chester or Berks counties, Harrisburg or Philadelphia.
Yes, most jobs start that way. Send us the maker and model, or a link, before you order. We check the hole count, the connections and the parts list, so a surprise shows up before install day.
Not if we can help it. We tape every spot a tool touches, tighten by hand first, and finish with a wrapped wrench. Black coatings chip at contact points, so that's where we slow down.
No. We're a scheduled install shop. If water is running where it shouldn't, close the valve under the sink or the main shutoff, then call a plumber who answers after hours.
Yes, it's most of what we do. Send your association's contractor rules (work hours, elevator, insurance certificate) and we'll plan around them.
The maker and model, a photo of the space under the sink or the wall, and which room it's in. We reply with questions and a written quote before any work starts.
Install request
Tell us what you're installing, and we'll write back with questions about the fixture and the space.
