Privacy
This page says what the site collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email, the fixture and room details, and your message. When you call or text, we see your number.
What we use it for
We use it to answer you, to write your quote, and to plan the install. We don't sell it. We share it only with a supplier when we order a part for your job.
Photos you text us
A photo of a box or a space goes to the shop phone. We use it to check the fit and don't post it anywhere.
How long we keep it
Job records stay as long as the work needs one. Messages that never became a job are deleted on request.
